On February 8th, the Queensland Symphony Orchestra (QSO) will perform Murray Gold’s music from the series. The performance involves a big screen that will feature edited scenes of Matt Smith, the Eleventh Doctor.

Brisbane Comedy Festival

Get ready for more laughs and gags, as one of the most-awaited events in Brisbane is back. Featuring more than 40 comedians from around the world, the Brisbane Powerhouse will be filled with puns, punch lines, and impersonations. The event will take place every day from February 25 to March 23, 2014.

Cai Guo-Qiang: Falling Back to Earth

For those who love contemporary art, let Cai Guo-Qiang’s exhibit take you to a globalised nature of the world. The centrepiece features life-sized animals from around the world gathering at a watering hole. His Head On 2006, with 99 life-sized wolves jumping and crashing into a glass wall, is also located at the ground floor of Queensland Gallery of Modern Art (GOMA). The exhibition will last until May 11, 2014.
